Cleaning
High-Grade Cleaning Services is contracted by Nordblom Management Company, Inc. to provide on-site cleaning services. Cleaning services will be provided after-hours and each Tenant is required to provide the cleaning company with an access card into their space. Please submit any additional cleaning requests outside the normal specifications through the service request system.

Maintenance
DENS Facility Services is contracted by Nordblom Management Company, Inc. to provide on-site maintenance for all the buildings and common areas at Blue Sky Center at Northwest Park.

HVAC
ARC Mechanical is contracted by Nordblom Management Company, Inc. to provide on-site maintenance for HVAC services. The standard hours of operation of the heating and air conditioning systems are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. If the temperature within your office needs adjustment within these hours, please use the Service Request System.
